TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum Order Requirements:

  • Quantity for Silver Products : Minimum order of 50 units per style
  • Quantity for Brass Products: Minimum order of 10 dozen per style
  • Order Value: Minimum total order value must be at least  $1,000 USD.
  • Handling Charge: A handling charge of $25 USD will be applied to orders with a total value below $7,000 USD.

Trade Discount

  • Contact us for order-specific trade discounts based on volume and value.

Samples:

  • New Customers: We accept prior sample orders meeting our minimum order requirements (minimum 50 units per style, minimum total order value of $1,000 USD).
  • Sample Orders: Full price list applies.
  • Quantity Orders: Typically receives discounts.

Shipping Information

Service:

  • Customers can use their own preferred shipping service.
  • We offer special rates for customers who use our shipping account.
  • We can assist with necessary Thai export documents.

Delivery Methods:

  • Couriers : FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT (or as per customer’s request).
  • Freight Forwarder: Malca Amit, CN freight (or as per customer’s request)

Insurance:

  • Customer is responsible for insurance (Ex-Factory pricing).
  • Alternatively, we can arrange insurance by AXA (Thailand) with charges added to your invoice. Insurance premium is 1.1% for courier shipments (FOB price) or a minimum of US$25.

Price Information:

  • Ex-Factory Pricing Only: Quoted prices exclude: freight costs, insurance, customs clearance, and handling fees.
  • Orders below $7000 USD: Shipped by courier with customer responsibility for customs clearance and handling fees.
  • Orders below USD $25,000: Shipped by freight forwarder with customer responsibility for customs clearance and handling fees.
  • Base Price Only: Quoted prices exclude additional services like anti-tarnish, e-coat, rhodium plating, etc. (Available upon request, additional fees apply).

Order Confirmation:

  • Within 3 business days. 

Production Time:

  • Production starts upon receipt of your deposit.
  • Growth Mold: Production is typically completed within 45 days of deposit receipt during the normal season.
  • Customer Mold: Can be accommodated upon request, but times may vary. 

Payment Terms:

  • A 30% deposit or the full cost of silver (whichever is higher) is required before production begins.
  • The remaining 70% balance is due before delivery.
